Charlie Moore Training welcomes Rachael Moore to the team!
Rachael served as a Deputy U.S. Marshal for an impressive 30 years, distinguishing herself through her exceptional leadership and dedication to the mission. She served as one of the only women to have held the esteemed position of violent fugitive task force commander, where she directed critical tactical operations leading to the location and apprehension of hundreds of violent and dangerous fugitives.
In addition to that role, Rachael Moore has provided personal protection to members of the federal judicial family, to include United States Supreme Court justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Anthony Kennedy, as well as high profile protected witnesses of the highly secretive and classified United States Witness Protection Program. Her expertise in the protection and security of high-profile individuals is unparalleled and led to her overseeing high-threat trials and international extraditions of wanted fugitives.
Rachael Moore’s contributions to the law enforcement community extends far beyond her operational achievements. She is also a certified senior Federal law enforcement instructor in numerous specialty areas, having received extensive training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). Her expertise and passion for teaching have allowed her to convey her valuable knowledge, skills, and personal experiences to a wide range of law enforcement officers and agents of over 90 federal law enforcement agencies, as well as to members of the United States Marshals Service.
Rachael Moore brings to Charlie Moore Training not only 30 years of real-world experience as a Deputy U.S. Marshal, but the experience of having acquired it as a wife and mother. Rachael will direct and instruct our women’s programs, from our renowned college girl’s self-defense courses to our ladies-only firearms training programs.
Together with her husband of 30 years, Charlie Moore, the Moores not only bring a combined 70 plus years of real-world street experience to every training session, they also bring the unique and rarely found perspective of having acquired such experience as husband and wife.
